The Message opened event allows you to monitor whether a contact opens a specific email within a time frame you define.

It is particularly useful for assessing engagement with your communications. For example, you can wait for a promotional email to be opened and, if it is, send an additional targeted offer.
How to configure the Message opened? event.
1. Choose the message type.
Select whether you want to monitor the opening of a campaign, a flow message, or an autoresponder (if active).
2. Select the specific message.
Specify the email you want to track for the contact’s open.
3. Set the waiting interval.
Define the maximum time allowed for the event to occur (in minutes, hours, days, or weeks). You can set up to 30 days. If the event does not occur within this time frame, the contact will automatically follow the No path.
🔀 Next paths.
If the message is opened within the defined time, the contact will follow the Yes path. Otherwise, they will automatically follow the No path.
