Events: Message delivered?

The Message Delivered event allows you to track whether a specific email is successfully delivered to a contact’s inbox within a defined time frame

It’s particularly useful to ensure that future communications are triggered only after a successful delivery. For example, you can wait for your onboarding email to be delivered before sending a survey or a follow-up message.

How to configure the Message delivered? event.

1. Select the message type.

Choose whether to monitor the delivery of a campaign, a flow email, or an autoresponder (if active).

2. Select the specific message.

Specify the exact email you want to track for successful delivery.

3. Set the waiting time.

Emailchef Flow: event message delivered

Define the maximum time allowed for the event to occur (in minutes, hours, days, or weeks). You can set up to 30 days. If the event does not occur within this time frame, the contact will automatically follow the No path.
