The Contact Enters Segment event allows you to track when a contact joins a specific segment.

It’s especially useful to dynamically manage the groups your subscribers belong to. For example, you can wait until a contact enters the “VIP Customers” segment and, once it happens, trigger an exclusive communication flow.
How to configure the contact enters segment? event.
1. Select the list.
Choose the reference list containing the contacts you want to monitor.
2. Select the segment.
Indicate the exact segment the contact should join.
3. Set the waiting interval.
Define the maximum time allowed for the event to occur (in minutes, hours, days, or weeks). You can set up to 30 days. If the event does not happen within this limit, the contact will automatically follow the No path.

If the contact enters the segment within the defined time, they will follow the Yes path. Otherwise, they will automatically follow the No path.
