How to configure the “Message delivered” trigger.

1. Select the message type.

Choose whether to track the delivery of a campaign or an autoresponder (if active).

2. Select the message.

Specify which email will trigger the flow.

3. Set “Repeat flow”.

By default, a contact can trigger the flow only once.

If the Repeat flow switch is disabled, the contact enters the flow only the first time the message is delivered.

If the switch is enabled, the contact can re-enter the flow according to the option you choose.

4. Define exit conditions.

If needed, set rules that make the contact exit the flow once certain criteria are met, ensuring that your communications remain relevant.
