The Message clicked entry point is triggered when a contact clicks on a link inside one of your emails.

It’s a powerful way to identify which content captures the most attention and to send targeted communications based on your contacts’ specific interests.
For example, you can use this trigger to start a follow-up flow for those who clicked on a product link, or to share related content with contacts who showed interest in a particular topic.
How to configure the “Message clicked” trigger.
1. Select the message type.
Choose whether to track clicks in a campaign or in an autoresponder (if active).
2. Select the message.
Specify which email will trigger the flow.
3. Choose the reference link.
Decide whether the flow should start when a contact clicks on any link in the message, or on a specific link (in this case, select the one you want to track).
4. Set “Repeat flow”.
This option allows you to define if and when a contact can re-trigger the sequence after having already entered once.
If the Repeat flow switch is off, the contact enters the flow only the first time they click.
If it’s on, the contact can re-enter the flow based on the settings you choose.
5. Define exit criteria.
If needed, set rules that will make the contact exit the flow when certain criteria are no longer met, ensuring your communications remain relevant.
