Entry point: contact anniversary date

The Contact anniversary date entry point is triggered by a specific date associated with the contact.

This date can be, for example:

  • the date the contact subscribed to your list;
  • a custom date field, such as a birthday, a renewal deadline, or any other special anniversary.

You can choose to start the flow exactly on the anniversary date, or a set number of days before or after it.

It’s perfect for sending recurring messages, reminders, or personalized greetings, making your contacts feel valued and remembered at the right time.

For example: you can schedule a birthday greeting email to be sent on the contact’s birthday, or a subscription renewal reminder one week before the expiration date.
