In addition to all the features offered by the Demichef and Primochef plans, you’ll have access to tailor-made templates for your company, a dedicated IP address for better deliverability, and advanced contact segmentation. You can even use Emailchef’s automations to leverage the assistance of a Wizard, a virtual assistant to help you create and configure your drip campaigns easily and intuitively. With the Masterchef subscription, you’ll receive priority support through tickets and chat, a deliverability support service, and dedicated consultation for email marketing.

Yes, Emailchef offers a free one-month trial that lets you test the service without providing your credit card details. During this period, you’ll have access to the drag-and-drop editor, template gallery, and other features offered by the plan you choose.
The one-month free trial provides the opportunity to fully evaluate Emailchef and determine whether our platform meets your email marketing needs.
At the end of the free trial period, if you wish to continue using Emailchef, you’ll be able to upgrade to a paid plan.

Once you exceed your subscription plan’s monthly sending limit, you’ll no longer be able to send communications that month.

Your subscription contract has an annual duration and cannot be terminated before its expiration date, as stated in the Terms of Service.

Once your account is closed, Emailchef will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including data from your campaigns. If your account has been closed, the username will no longer be available for future accounts and cannot be recovered.
