Make sure you’re using WordPress version 5.0 or later and have Elementor installed.
You’ll need the Form widget to create signup or contact forms. If it’s not available in your free version, you can activate Elementor Pro.
Then, create the form you want to use with Elementor.
Log in to your Emailchef account and create a new contact list where subscribers from Elementor will be added automatically.
From the left-hand menu in your dashboard, go to Lists and Segments → Create a New List.
Choose a clear name for your list, for example “Contacts from Elementor.”
Confirm that your list complies with Anti-SPAM and Privacy Policies, then click Create.
You can create separate lists for each form or landing page to better organize your subscribers.
Go back to your WordPress dashboard and install the Emailchef plugin.
Once installed, activate it.
This plugin acts as the direct bridge between Elementor and your Emailchef account.
In the WordPress sidebar, you’ll now see a new section called Emailchef.
Click it and select Get API Key to generate the credentials required for the connection.

Click Login to complete the connection.
Now you can link the form you created in Elementor to your Emailchef list.
Select your Elementor form and choose the corresponding Emailchef list from the dropdown menu next to Emailchef List.
Click Save to confirm the connection.
Match your form fields (name, email, phone, etc.) with the corresponding fields in your Emailchef list. If some fields don’t exist yet, click Create and map unmapped fields automatically: they’ll be added instantly.
Once done, click Save to store your changes.
Add your Elementor form to the desired page on your site.
Submit a test entry and check that the new contact appears in your Emailchef list with the correct data.
From now on, every time a user submits an Elementor form, their data will be automatically added to your Emailchef list. From there, you can launch newsletters, welcome automations, or nurturing campaigns with just a few clicks.
